Warranty Policy

Refurbished devices — 6 months warranty

• Covers functional defects in the device (motherboard, display, battery, cameras, speakers, buttons, ports) under normal use.
• We will repair the device, or replace it with an equivalent unit if repair is not possible.

Repairs — 6 months warranty

• We use genuine / original parts. The warranty covers the replaced part and our workmanship.

Not covered

• Physical damage, cracked screens or bodies after delivery, liquid damage, or burn marks.
• Devices opened or repaired by anyone other than FixMitra.
• Software issues caused by third-party apps, rooting or jailbreaking.
• Normal wear such as scratches, and accessories (cables, chargers, straps).
