By using fixmitra.in or our services you agree to these terms.

Selling your device to us

• The price shown online is an estimate based on your answers. The final price is confirmed only after our technician inspects the device.
• If the device condition differs from your answers, the price may change. You may decline the revised offer at no cost.
• You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device, that it is not stolen, financed or under a lock, and that you are at least 18 years old.
• We check every IMEI / serial number. We will not buy devices that are blacklisted, locked or reported lost.
• A valid government photo ID is required at the time of sale.
• Payment is made by cash or UPI at the time of handover, after you sign the sale consent.

Repairs

• Prices shown are starting estimates. We confirm the final repair cost before starting work, and do not proceed without your approval.
• Repairs carry a 6 months warranty on the replaced part, as described in our Warranty Policy.
• Devices not collected within 30 days of completion may incur storage charges.

Buying from us

• Refurbished devices are graded (Superb, Good, Fair) and fully tested. Photos are of the actual unit or a representative unit of the same grade.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. An order is confirmed only after we contact you.
• Cash on delivery is available within Bengaluru. Outside Bengaluru, orders are confirmed on WhatsApp with prepayment.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or device. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
