You answer a few questions about your device. Our calculator gives you an estimated price instantly. Our technician confirms the final price after a free 10-minute check at pickup or in store.
When do I get paid?
Instantly, on the spot — in cash or by UPI — as soon as the inspection is done and you agree to the price.
Is pickup really free?
Yes. Doorstep pickup is free anywhere in Bengaluru, usually the same day.
What documents do I need to sell?
A government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or voter ID). The original bill and box help you get a better price.
What about my data?
Please back up your data, sign out of iCloud / Google / Samsung accounts, and reset the device. We also wipe every device we buy before resale.
Do you use original parts for repairs?
Yes. We use original / genuine parts and every repair comes with a 6 months warranty.
What warranty do refurbished devices have?
Every refurbished device comes with 6 months FixMitra warranty and a 7-day replacement promise for defects.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes, we ship across India. Cash on delivery is available within Bengaluru; for other cities we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
